By applying for shares under a CSF offer, you enter into an agreement with the company (the "subscription agreement") and you agree to, and are bound by, its terms.

The subscription agreement includes your obligation to pay for the shares you applied for in your investment application.

You are legally obliged to pay for the shares and if you fail to make payment, the company is legally entitled to pursue payment from you (unless you cancel your investment application during the cooling-off period).
