To update your direct debit details, log in to your Birchal Account and select '<a href="https://www.birchal.com/manage/portfolio" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">My Portfolio</a>.'

Select your relevant investment and select 'Change Payment Method' (yellow) OR 'Make Payment' (red). This will depend on your current payment status. 

From there, click 'Direct Debit' and you can update your bank details and select 'Save Bank Details'.
