The name on your Birchal account must be your legal name. This is due to the nature of the products and services we offer.
Your ability to change the name on your account (including fixing any typos) depends on if you have, or haven't completed ID verification
If you have not completed ID verification
Change the name on your account via 'My Account' > 'Profile Details.'
Remove and replace your first name and/or last name and select 'Save.'
If you have completed ID verification
If you have completed ID verification, you will need to email us at [email protected]. You may need to resubmit your ID verification and then change your name using the instructions above.
