Note
We don't recommend using an email address issued by your workplace or your internet service provider as you may lose access to your Birchal account if you change workplaces or internet providers. It's best to use a personal email address that you can always access.
If you no longer have access to the email address used to create your Birchal account or you've changed email addresses, you can change the email address associated with your Birchal account.
To change your email address, follow these steps:
Sign in to your account with your current email address and password.
Go to My Account and then select Profile Details.
Delete your current email address and enter your new email address in the email field. Ensure that the Old Password and New Password fields are blank. This will ensure that your password remains the same.
Click Save.
You can now sign in to your Birchal account with your new email address and your existing password.
