When logging into your Birchal account, ensure you are logging in under the 'Already have an account? log in here' section and not the 'sign up' section. Please ensure there are no spaces before or after your email address.

Trying to log in under the 'sign up' section when you already have a Birchal account will cause the screen to loop around and return to the sign up section.

When you have successfully logged in you will be greeted with the Birchal homepage. To access your account, click the white box in the upper right hand corner (highlighted in yellow below) with the drop down box and outline of a head:

A drop down box will show you 'My Account' or 'My Portfolio'. Click on 'My Account' to view your details (name, email address, bank account details, etc) and click on 'My Portfolio' to view your investments.

If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgotten your password' link in the log in section. It may take a few minutes for the password reset link to come through.

You may need to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes emails from Birchal tend to end up in there.

You can add [email protected] into your contact list to ensure Birchal emails reach you safely.

If you have not logged into your Birchal account in a long time, you will need to reset your password.
