Company has met its "minimum subscription amount"

Once the offer closes and the company has met its minimum subscription amount, all approved investments will be processed and we will commence the "settlement process."

See "How to pay for your investment" collection for methods of payment and how we collect payment.

The settlement process involves the following steps:

  • We will collect the application money (i.e. payment) from all investment applications

  • The company will issue the shares (and share certificates) to the investors, usually via an online share registry

  • We will transfer all the application money (less our fee as set out in the CSF offer document) to the company

Company has not met its "minimum subscription amount"

Once the offer closes and the company has not met its minimum subscription amount, the CSF offer will not be successful, all investment applications will be cancelled and all application money will be returned.
