When will my payment be processed?

We will begin to process your payment, or request payment from you, on the earlier of:

  1. when the company reaches its minimum subscription amount; or

  2. the closing date of the offer.

You can find your scheduled payment date via 'My Portfolio' > 'Pending Applications' > '[Company Name]' > 'Payment Details.'

Direct Debit

Please check the scheduled payment date via 'My Portfolio' > 'Pending Applications' > '[Company Name]'

This will show a timeline of key dates including the date we expect to begin the direct debit process with our payment provider. This date may change due to campaign closure, weekends or public holidays. From this date we will give you 3 business days to update your bank account details and ensure you have sufficient funds available for withdrawal.

Once the direct debit commences, it can take up to 7 business days to finalise your payment and show in your portfolio. We will notify you by email when we have received the funds, note you may receive update emails during this time these are generally to let you know that the direct debit is still processing.

We will notify you by email from [email protected] to confirm your payment was received.

PayID

Payment via PayID can take up to 5 business days to process.

Bank Transfer

A bank transfer can take up to 7 business days to reconcile.

International Payment

The time to process an international payment can be 7-10 business days.

You should get in contact with [email protected] if you still have not received an email confirmation after 7 business days. Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes emails from Birchal end up in there. Add [email protected] at your safe senders list to ensure you receive the emails.

Please attach the remittance to your email to make it quicker for us to troubleshoot your payment.
