We will begin to process your payment, or request payment from you, on the earlier of:
when the company reaches its minimum subscription amount; or
the closing date of the offer.
You can find your scheduled payment date via 'My Portfolio' > 'Pending Applications' > '[Company Name]' > 'Payment Details.'
We give you 3 business days to update your bank account details and ensure you have sufficient funds available for withdrawal.
Once the direct debit commences, it can take up to 7 business days to finalise your payment. We will notify you by email when we have received the funds.
We will notify you by email from [email protected] to confirm your payment was received.
Payment via PayID can take up to 5 business days to process.
A bank transfer can take up to 7 business days to reconcile.
The time to process an international payment can be 7-10 business days.
