When transferring a payment to Birchal to pay for your investment using PayID or bank transfer, matching the payment to your investment can take up to 5 business days.
Ensure you use the correct reference in your transfer otherwise the payment may take longer to match, or it may bounce back to you.
For PayID payments - if no reference is included, PayID payments will be bounce back to your bank account. Check with your bank to see if the payment has bounced back.
For bank transfers, if no reference is included please contact us at [email protected] so we can follow up with your payment.
If you transferred more than your investment amount ($250 instead of $249.60) your payment will be deposited into your Birchal wallet in your portfolio. You can allocate these funds to your investment from your wallet (Australia only).
If you are based overseas and have funds in your wallet you want to use for your investment, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Once the payment has been received you'll get an email notification. Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes emails from Birchal end up in there.
