We have set out below the process for domestic and international refunds.

Domestic refunds

Funds will be refunded to your Birchal Wallet within 14 business days of cancellation of your investment application.

Once the funds are in your Birchal Wallet, you can either keep the funds in your Birchal Wallet to use for future investments or withdraw the funds to your bank account.

To withdraw the funds from your Birchal Wallet to your bank account, ensure the bank account details are recorded in your Birchal profile. To add or update your bank account details, login to your Birchal Account and select 'My Account' > 'Bank Account Details.'

To withdraw your funds, select 'Withdraw' next to 'Wallet Balance.'

NOTE: It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account. The entire refund process can take up to 21 business days for domestic refunds.

If the funds are not in your Birchal Wallet within 14 business days, please contact [email protected] so we can investigate further.

International refunds

International payments must be processed by us manually.

Please send the following information to [email protected]

  • Full Name

  • Bank Account number

  • SWIFT / BIC

  • IBAN (if applicable)

  • Routing number (if applicable)

  • Bank Account country

  • Account Type

  • Home Address

We will then initiate the refund process, and the funds will be deposited directly into your bank account.

Please note Birchal is not responsible for any fees or loss as a result of currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations.

NOTE: It may take up to 28 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
