If you are a "wholesale investor", and would like to invest more than $10,000 in a company, you will need to provide us with some information to confirm your status as a wholesale investor at the time of your investment application, typically in the form of an accountant's certificate.

The certificate must prepared within the last 6 months & from a qualified accountant, certifying that you:

  • have net assets of at least $2.5 million; or

  • have a gross income for each of the last 2 financial years of at least $250,000.

Most accountants will be familiar with these certificates. We have prepared a template that you can provide to your accountant which may assist them to prepare it for you.

Once you have your accountant's certificate in PDF format, complete the usual investment process and upload your certificate at Step 5. You can confirm your desired investment amount at Step 3 (below) before proceeding.
