The quickest way to check the status of your investment is via 'My Portfolio' > 'Investments.'

Pending Applications

The "Pending Applications" tab lists the investment applications that you have successfully completed but have not yet settled. Your "Pending Applications" can be found here: https://www.birchal.com/manage/portfolio/investments/pending.

Investment confirmed

"Investment confirmed" means your investment application has been confirmed.

Under review

"Under review" means your investment application is under review by Birchal. Your investment application may be under review because:

  • the amount you invested is greater than AUD$10,000 and we need to confirm your status as a 'wholesale client"

  • the CSF offer was over subscribed at the time of your investment application. You'll be put on a waitlist, so keep an eye on your email as we'll email you if you're one of the lucky few to get through.

Payment required

"Payment required" means the CSF offer has closed and we have not received payment from you for your investment application. Please ensure you make payment promptly as your investment application may be cancelled.

Paid

"Paid" means we have received the payment for your investment application.

Settling

"Settling" means the settlement process has commenced.

My Shares

The "My Shares" tab lists all shares that have been settled.

"Settled" means the shares have been issued by the company.

How do I access my share certificate?

Cancelled

The "Cancelled" tab lists all investment applications that have been cancelled.

Incomplete

The "incomplete" tab lists the investment applications that you have started but not completed. If the offer is still open, you can select "Complete Investment" from this page to finalise your application.
